TOTO - Wizard of Oz Dog
One of the most recognisable dogs in Movie history.
Terry was a cairn Terrier who starred in 14 movies during the 1930's.
She first appeared with Shirley Temple in the film 'Bright Eyes' in 1934.
By 1939, at the age of six, Terry was a star in her own right. She landed the part of Toto alongside Judy Garland (Dorothy) in the Wizard of Oz.. Terry was earning $125 dollars a week, more than some of the human actors she appeared with.
Terry died in 1944 aged 11 years
